Not every agency needs another media buyer.
Sometimes what is needed is someone who can get into the account, understand the business behind it and decide what to do.
Seniority on an account
A complex account, an important client, or performance that needs a more experienced read than the team can give it right now.
Capacity without growing the team
Peaks of work, new clients to start, or temporary needs, covered without adding a full-time person to the structure.
A second point of view
Strategy, account structure, scaling or performance to be reopened before a decision is made or taken to the client.
Models
How I can join your team.
Three ways of working together, chosen against how the agency is structured, what the account needs and the level of support required. The model can change from client to client; what does not change is what you are adding — a specialist partner on one specific competence, not general delivery capacity.
In the team
I join the existing team and work alongside account managers, strategists, creative teams and other performance specialists. Roles, responsibilities and ownership stay defined: I add Paid Media expertise without moving anyone out of their role.
White label
I work behind the agency, as part of its delivery capacity. I can take on account management, strategy, analysis and optimisation while the relationship with the end client stays entirely yours. How visible I am is your call: on some engagements I stay completely behind the scenes, on others I join the technical calls alongside your team.
Senior support
I come in on specific accounts or situations where extra experience is what is needed: strategy, account structure, performance diagnosis, scaling, test plans or decision support. I can take direct responsibility for strategy, execution and performance across assigned accounts, fitting into the agency's processes and working white label when needed. With the scope and the duration set from the start.
I join your process. I do not create a parallel one.
The agency keeps its own workflow, its own tools and the relationship with the client. I fit into that operating model rather than bringing another one.

I use the tools and the workflow you already have: project management, shared drives, naming, reporting formats. I do not ask the team to change its process to work with me.
I coordinate with account managers, strategists, creative teams and other performance specialists. Roles and ownership on the accounts I run are defined from the start, and reporting and communication follow your way of working.
Campaign management does not stop at the number. It becomes a recommendation, a priority and the next step, in a form the team can take into a meeting or in front of the client.
Creative is part of performance. Where it helps I work with the creative team or give it direction from what the account is saying: angles to test, priorities, opportunities seen in the data. If production capacity is short, I can also handle the assets the tests need, without creating a process parallel to yours.
NDA, confidentiality and white-label requirements are handled around what the engagement needs. Client information, data and materials are used only within the scope we agree.
Frequently asked questions about working with agencies.
Scope, term, white label, client calls and confidentiality.
Can you support the agency on a single project or for a limited period?
Yes. I can come in for one project, cover a peak in workload, take on a contained piece of work, or stay on continuously. The scope is set around what your agency needs rather than around a fixed format.
Is there a minimum number of hours or a minimum term?
No. There is no minimum block of hours and no minimum term. The engagement is built around what the agency actually needs and agreed before we start.
Can you work entirely white label?
Yes. I can stay completely behind the scenes and work as an extension of your team, with no visibility to the end client. The level of exposure is agreed at the start of the engagement.
Can you join calls with the end client?
Yes, where you find it useful. I can take part in technical calls and the day to day relationship with the end client, or stay outside that relationship and work only with your team. You decide how it runs.
Can you work under an NDA?
Yes. Where it is required, I can formalise the engagement with an NDA and work to the confidentiality terms agreed with the agency and required by its clients.
Let's talk about the account I can be useful on.
Tell me what the account is, how you want to work and from when: extra capacity, a complex account, a new client to launch or a second opinion. I read everything myself and reply within 48 business hours, so we can see straight away whether and how I can fit in.
I will answer you personally, within 48 business hours.
