From fragmented campaigns to a scalable Meta Ads system for a beauty ecommerce business.
An ecommerce business selling professional nail products, to professional salons and to the end consumer.
Starting point
On arrival the account was spending around $1.4K a month, with a CPA of about $19 and a ROAS of 6.47. The business operated across the USA and Puerto Rico, with loosely structured campaigns and no real separation between acquisition, reactivation and existing customers.
What I did
- 01Account architecture. Funnel rebuilt on distinct layers: acquisition, reactivation and existing customers.
- 02Segmentation. Prospecting, warm audiences and existing customers separated, each with its own budget and message.
- 03Offers by audience. Promotions and initiatives differentiated by funnel stage and by the relationship with the brand.
- 04Budget and seasonality. Allocation built on the commercial calendar, raising or lowering investment in step with demand.
- 05Progressive scaling. Budget increased in high-demand windows while keeping control of efficiency.
- 06Commercial coordination. Meta Ads management integrated with TikTok Ads, Klaviyo and the promotional strategy.
Evidence
Investment moved from around $1.4K to around $4.5K a month, holding CPA under $26 and ROAS above 8x in the most mature phase.
